You're invited! Join us for the official launch of this year's Ladder Mentoring Program .
Co-hosted and sponsored by one of our corporate members, McInnes Wilson Lawyers, the launch will commence with an engaging panel discussion where we'll explore how to find, drive and get the most out of mentoring. This session will unpack the keys to building meaningful mentoring relationships—from setting expectations to sustaining connections long-term. Panellists will include previous WLAQ mentors and mentees, along with Sonya Trau, Executive Coach at Leading Well. It will be chaired by Katie Worsnop, Principal, McInnes Wilson Lawyer.
Following the panel will be networking drinks - allowing the perfect opportunity for you to meet your new mentor or mentee.
